Once you’ve placed an order on GearTrader.net, keeping track of its progress is simple. This guide walks you through everything you need to know about tracking your order and ensuring it arrives as expected.
After completing a purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation includes:
Order ID: A unique identifier for your purchase.
Item Details: A summary of the purchased item(s).
Payment Status: Confirmation that your payment was successful.
Shipping Method: The method selected by the seller.
Estimated Delivery Date: An approximate timeframe for your order’s arrival.
You can also find this information in your GearTrader account under the Order History section.
Once the seller ships your order, a tracking number is provided.
You’ll receive an email notification with a link to track your package.
Alternatively, visit your GearTrader account and:
Navigate to the Order History section.
Select the relevant order.
Click on the tracking number to view shipment progress on the carrier’s website.
Tracking updates may include:
Order Received: The seller has confirmed the order and is preparing it for shipment.
Shipped: Your order has been dispatched, and the tracking link is live.
In Transit: The package is on its way to the delivery address.
Out for Delivery: The carrier is delivering your package today.

Delays may occur due to high shipping volumes, weather conditions, or customs processing (for international orders).
If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, contact the seller through the Message Sellerfeature on your order page.
If tracking shows no updates for an extended period, notify the seller.
If the issue remains unresolved, open a dispute with GearTrader support.
Inspect your package upon arrival. If the item is damaged:
Take photos of the damage.
Notify the seller immediately through the Message Seller feature.
If necessary, escalate the issue to GearTrader support.
For items marked as "Local Pickup":
Coordinate directly with the seller to arrange a convenient time and location.
Ensure you receive confirmation of the pickup in your GearTrader account for record-keeping.
Local pickup orders do not include tracking information but will show as "Completed" once the seller marks the transaction as fulfilled.
